Chorus:
[Dr. Dorfe:] Greasy E is his name and the boy is comin...

...straight outta Forgton
is a brotha that'll smother a Tauren
Dangerous motherfucker raises this cave
And if I ever get caught I call Muradin
See, I don't give a fuck, that's the problem
I see a motherfuckin Orc I don't dodge him
But I'm smart, Vanish, creep a while
And when I see the punk pass, I smile
but don't know where the fuck he is going, just rollin
lookin for the one they call the Greasy E
But here's a flash, they will never seize me
Never seen like a shadow in the dark
except when I Mutilate these putos, see I'll get over the hesitation
and hear the scream of the one who got the last penetration
Give a little haste and I'm jettin
But leave a memory no one'll be forgettin
So what about the orc who got killed? Fuck her!
You think I give a damn about a Horde? I ain't a sucker!
This is the autobiography of the E, and if you ever fuck with me
You'll get taken by a crazy dope Dorf who will smother
word to the motherfucker, straight outta Forgton

Chorus:
You can enter without, except from the Lariss Pavillion, that one still requires a key, which will probably be fixed with Cata. To pull off the Tribute Run, you only need Gordok Courtyard Key, which can be looted from the chest of Guard Fengus. The gate upstairs doesn't require a key anymore.

Enchanting
If you're not an enchanter or have someone in the group that is one , doing this is pretty much pointless because the Large Radiant Shards from that disenchant from the blue gear that drops off King Gordok and the Tribute Chest are the sole reason for doing this and is the only money maker for this run.

Watch for aggro.
Especially the classes that have no abilities that will drop aggro; you have to be extra carefull around the bosses if you don't wish the tribute loot to suck even more.

Ogre Suits
This quest has been nerfed also, it no longer gives reputation with the goblins, but also does not require any items other than the Ogre Tannin that you can find sitting on your way from Guard Slip'kik to Captain KromCrush. I'd advice you to do this AFTER getting the tribute, while running back. Looting the tannin spawns an Ogre than runs down the ramp you're supposed to be following towards the next phase. Get the tannin, give it to the Goblin and receive your Gordok Ogre Suit.

Killing time
You probably know this already. You can only run 5 instances per hour. For me the tribute runs took around 4-7 minutes because I have the Aspect of the Cheater and a secret cult of secret Gnomes that live in a secret place in a secret land on top of a secret mountain have taught me a how to secretly run faster. So you can choose to run 4 runs at full speed and the last run killing all adds for they drop loads of Mageweave Cloth and other green goodies that you can disenchant. If you are a skinner; the hyenas around Guard Mol'dar have been nerfed in level, so they probably yield loads of Thick Leather and some Rugged Leather.

Loot
On average I would get 2 blue items from the boss and 4 items from the tribute box, sometimes even 6, but we're taking averages.

6 x Blue gear/weaponry > 6 Large Radiant Shards = 6 x 15g = 90g
1 x Gordok Ogre Suit = 20g
Grey trash and consumables = 2g

That makes it 112g per run and over 550g per hour

Ta ta.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138823612543909285.post-60311494537003214022010-11-18T08:19:00.000-08:002010-11-18T08:21:49.364-08:00Snowfall Ink - Stock or dump. After four months of not playing and not doing anything WoW related I decided to start again just before Cata, to sort out my stocks and prepare for the 7th. I rediscovered three banktabs filled with Snowfalls on one of my mules and that has gotten me to think. Do I buy more, keep it this way or dump and lower the eventual losses? I decided to keep it this way and stock up whatever Snowfalls I get from milling for glyphs.

Cataclysm herb prices and Inscription skillups.
I think that the first 2-3 months of the game , the Cataclym herb prices will be very high, making the first skillups (Runescrolls/Darkmoon card of the North) with items that use Snowfall Ink possibly cheaper than using the new herbs.

New scribes
With everyone and their mother rolling worgen and goblins; many of these guys that don't already have scribes will jump on the '' INSC MAYK MAD MONI BRA'' train and level Inscription. This will make Northend herbs rise in price, making buying my Snowfalls cheaper/faster for skillups.

Insane in the Membrane
They are removing the Shen'dralar faction from the game and they are removing it from the requirements to get the achievement. Shen'dralar was the most expensive and time consuming part of the achievement and with this removed many will start chasing the achievement and increase their rep with The Darkmoon Faire. Expect to see Darkmoon decks to be booming again. This alone makes me want to expand the tabs and start stocking, but I am already sitting on enough to craft close to 1000 cards, so instead I will keep on milling and let it accumulate naturally. Official post about the achievement.

99 problems, but my server ain't one.
Be cautious if you are playing on a low-pop realm, they tend to be much pricier and will make it difficult to find the items needed to craft cards, or insanely expensive. Also the amount of people going for the achivement can be lower, making selling the cards/decks harder. This can lower your profit and will add more risk to stocking.

I apologize for the lack of posts. I have been backpacking through Brasil the past month. So far it's going great. I haven't been mugged/shot/stabbed/gangraped or got my kidneys stolen from me yet and that is why I am extending my vacation by a month. That means no posts.

The original plan was to go from Suriname to Rio traveling through the northeastern border and down the coast, but we got picked up by the Brasilian authorities because <strike>they were bored</strike> our visa was not valid and got sent back to The Netherlands, delaying our trip by two weeks ASIFHANSF*(ASFU*HN!!!!!1111!1

We had to start in Brasilia and traveled partially by bus and lifting to Chapada > Salvador, Boipeba > now we are in Tradentes and heading to Rio to spend a week at the beach after that we're going to travel southwards to Curitiba and head to Iguaru to cross the Paraguayian border and fly back from Asuncion.
I won't go into much detail but the reason for my lack of posts is because I have been through a pretty hectic time in real life and I didn't feel like sparing my already scarce free time on blogging.

I needed some leather to level the Leatherworking skills of one of my alts, it was the middle of the night , I needed 20 stacks of leather and there was only one stack on the AH that was selling for 140g QQ so I decided to run DM North while catching up on some series I have missed.
Run to the courtyard, pick up the ogres at the campfire , pick up all the dogs + boss. If the boss or mobs drop a Gordok Shackle Key loot it run out, reset and repeat. Continue like this untill another key drops, that's when you go inside the fort to save the goblin by doing the quest Freeing Knot! , if you get no keys on run 2 - 3 - 4 , simply free the goblin on your last run.

See below the route I took

Loot
Gold: 3 g
Vendor trash: 15 g
40x [Runecloth]: ~ 10 g
230x [Rugged Leather]: ~ 450 g (40g/stack) more with Darkmoon Faire
30x [Thick Leather] ~ 22.5 g (15g/stack)
6x various blues/greens that disenchanted into mats worth 50g

That's a total of 550 gold per hour, which is pretty solid.

Freeing Knot
If you save this little dude you get 500 rep for each of the Steamwhiddle factions and he also lets you loot his box which usually holds all kinds of items, from felcloth to ~10 of Thick/Rugged Leather to herbs and always a BOP tailoring/leatherworking recipe that sells for 1-2g to a vendor and once gave me an epic BOE LW pattern I sold for 2k.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138823612543909285.post-19960171347311855202010-03-20T03:55:00.000-07:002010-03-20T07:15:06.447-07:00ASOJFASF*(ASFHA3453SNFSf
The entire WoW blawgosphere is going fucking insane right now. Crankyhealer decided to lay down her pen, ?because commenters and some other blogger chick named Anna were being dickwads about it? or something like that. Naturally this incident isn't the cause ; shit like this takes some time to build up. I am guessing she had alota people bashing on her writings for some time. I wouldn't know, because I have never had the pleasure of reading her blog ( she deleted everything except one post and the goodbye post). Following this many bloggers wrote their thoughts about it. Gevlon pulls out his infamous apes and writes something that translates to ''words can not and should not hurt '' ; The Gnomey is a tad hysterical, but as always shares her renowned Gnomish wisdom with us - Gevlon ''predicts'' Tobold as Legion's next victim. Sorry big guy, I d-d-d-disagree. Your wife telling you that she's leaving you or your pops showing you his love isn't the same as a stranger scrub posting on your blog saying ''lolumad brah'' . Surely everyone has their own reasons for blogging, some get offended some not. Posts like that will never offend me as I write for my own pleasure, to document some of the things I do and the majority of the time to not lose my sanity.

If I wrote for other reasons, say money, acceptance or epeen it would hurt me I guess. That's why I take this oppurtunity and write for my 2-3 visitors a day that you shouldn't write for other folks, write for yourself. You're the motherfucking rockstar in this bitch, you have the mainrole in this movie. Stop trying to please strangers and people you truly don't give a shit about.

Being offended is so easy nowadays, everybody is using their ''right'' to be offended. Shit like this actually devalues the offense felt for real shit like racism, rape, murder, genocide. Raidleader telling you to shut the fuck up because you disapprove of his certain strategies in public (guild) which is followed by a week of sitting out; not receiving any heals because you stole the healers brothers raidspot. Folks that get offended immediately jump on the vendetta train and look for ways to fuck the ''offender'' up badly.

Last week I've received my first hate comment on the blog, the first real comment besides the many viagra and penis enlargement robot comments. I deleted the comment, because what he wrote simply was not constructive to the post even though it was true. He told me something along the lines of '' NOOB! It's a fairly large instance, packed with mobs and bosses. You'll be doing more looting than killing, so empty your bags entirely. Take only your heartstone, some reagents and a stack of food and drinks. I cleared this place many times on several characters running for the mount -mostly side entrance farming- , any dps class should be able to clear this in about an hour. These are the loots
Gold: 55 g
Vendor trash: 30 g
Several mana/health potions: ~ 15 g

I also had one [Pattern: Truefaith Vestments] drop, but this wont drop often; it can be sold for ~50g

Rare Bosses
This run I had the pleasure of killing [Heartsinger Forresten] and [The Unforgiven]. These two I've run into nearly every run; They're both chilling on the Undead side of the city. Forresten can be found under a balcony of a building and drops the coveted [Piccolo of The Flaming Fire] and The Unforgiven is spawned by walking through an alley that you'll most likely pass. They both drop blue boe items.

Disenchanting Value
It's a great plus to be an Enchanter when hitting this place, not only can you DE and save bagspace but the blue bop items shard into Large Brilliant Shards that sells like hot cakes in weight loss camp; folks are using it to level their enchanting and enchant the heirloom items they use for their alts.

16 Blue = 16 x [Large Brilliant Shard] = 80 g
8 Greens ~ 110 g

---
For me this was a very lucky run, with several orbs, the dungeon set pieces, the darkmoon cards. They usually don't drop alot and you'll maybe get 1 per run or none at all. My gph for this run was 1080g. But the usual runs yield no more than 900g. Also prices may and will vary per server. For example the orbs sell for 5g on some realms, but for 50g on mine. Same for enchanting mats. They can go from 2g to 20g.
Rare Enchanting Formulae

This is possibly the rarest enchanting formula in the game. If you see one on the AH for less than a few k ; don't think but buy it. I want to elaborate a bit on that topic now. Playing on a server with heavy campers I didn't really get into the glyph scene but seeing the lack of them on my new high pop realm I decided to give it a go. In six days I posted 5 of every glyph with 48 hour intervals and made approximately 2500g profit; these were mainly from the expensive ones. I was still cut down many times and saw that a large amount of my glyphs didn't sell at all and decided to adapt to the realm campers.

I posted another week , but this time instead of once every two days I posted twice every day - 10am and 10pm - and the outcome is this:

March 08 - 720g
March 10 - 610g
March 11 - 1200g
March 12 - 480g
March 13 - 1960g
March 14 - 2330g
March 15 - 1150g

That's ~7250 gold . Herb / Parchment costs are ~1900g. That's 5350 gold for 20 minutes of work a day.
For max income from selling glyphs it's essential you know as many as possible. Buy up every Book of Glyph Mastery out there because they are insanely cheap these days. Good luck!Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138823612543909285.post-48528552406537655672010-03-16T01:58:00.000-07:002010-03-16T02:00:54.431-07:005 Reasons To Punch A Gnome In The Mouth1: They are rude little fuckers.
I made my way back to Honor Hold where I saw this undead mage handing out free doses of asswhoopage to two level 80s singlehandedly. I was standing at the mailbox minding my own bussiness but then I saw him killing one of my peoples: A Draenei Shammy and I had to step in. He zerged me with my 40k hp in less than 15 seconds. I revived my tankadin last week, it was sitting on my second account and I transfered it over and froze the account. I had leveled this char because I had the <strike>most awesome</strike> idea in my mind; I wanted to level 20x80 accounts on one realm, doing daily jc quests and collecting 4k a day.

It was a JC/ENCH (I had two accounts doing the saronite shuffle at the same time), those were some good times, it's pretty dead nowadays. I decided to drop jewelcrafting last tuesday and pick up Inscription. I started setting it up. I adapted Gevlon's posting strategy; Deep undercutting and posting once every two days. Luckily for me the realm doesn't have a surplus of campers like my last one; go figure since this is a high population realm and the old one was low pop. So far this has netted me slightly over 2500 gold in 6 days and 3x posting. I am going to try it differently this week and might make a post about it.

Tonight there was a 10man ICC planned, so as usual I walked to the AH this evening and got the shock of my life: Endless Rage 50g! Bah! To my disadvantage I left all my Alchemists on Azuremyst and flask prices over here are this crazy sometimes so I want to be self-sufficient again and plan on ditching Enchanting for it. I did a quick google search for alchemy 1-450 and got a couple results. They were mainly copy-pasta and or incomplete. I'll try to post a guide/log tommorow, followed by a dungeon gph post.
This baby will change your way of doing business. Auctioneer will automatically pimp your Auction House UI with all sorts of tools to boost your buying and selling methods. When you search for an item it will store data that will show on your tooltip so you can know what is worth what -roughly- without even visiting the AH. download link

Before you start using this tool to buy low sell high; I recommend you use the Scan option and continue doing it for atleast two weeks. There are huge profits to be made, I went in on my hunter and farmed them for an hour. I can recommend you wear an average of iLevel 232 for fast and efficient farming. Locations are here and here.

These are the loots after one hour.

Grey junk: 19g
77 x Chunk o' Mammoth: 174g
35 x Chilled Meat : 17g
6 x Green Items( Disenchanted into 29 Infinite Dust and 2 x GCE ) : 75g

That's 285g per hour with the only profession being used Enchanting.

Cooking
- You can combine the chunks with other meats into a Great Feast and sell it like that for 60-100g a stack.
- Chilled Meat can be turned into Northern Stew and can be sold individually at the AH for 1-5g , people buy these for the daily Cooking quests.

Skinning
I'd say one hour would fill your bags with a minimum of 5 stacks of Borean Leather and maybe some Arctic Furs. Expect to sell a stack for a minimum of 5g.

TIP: If you run out of mammoths to kill, you can opt to move a bit to the west and kill Jormungars for Worm Meat or Elementals for SoH relics and eternals.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8138823612543909285.post-69697421070171363842010-03-02T14:29:00.000-08:002010-03-11T06:37:33.547-08:00GPH: Ulduar Flame Lev soloThe only Northend raid boss that can be solo'd is Flame Lev in Ulduar. I've only downed him solo in 10 man though, haven't had the chance to give it a go in 25 man. It used to be a good way to make gold when the prices of Abyss Crystals (150g) and Runed Orbs (1k+) were still high. I dont recall what the names of the gear he dropped was, but here a list

- around 150 gold
- 2 x 219 purple gear (disenchant into abyss crystals (30-50g )
- 1 x runed orb ( 50-125g )

I also dismantled him with Engineering and the spoils were
1 x Titansteel bar (60-120g)
5 x Overcharged capacitors ( 25-50g ) It's a quest-item, sometimes it goes for 20g+
5 x Eternal Earths (20-30g)
4 x Eternal Fire ( 60-100g)

Minimum - 350g
Maximum - 650g (or more if you're playing on a dead server)

It took me a few hours to do this in my 226 ilevel gears, but nowadays I'm guessing with 245 welfare epics flying around you can kill this bad boy in 20-30 minutes. so that's roughly 1000g per hour right there. I'm afraid I have no video of it because I used to play on a terrible computer and with Fraps running I was dropping to a few fps but here are a few videos of people pulling it off in an easy way. For extra peenz you should strap on some old gear, ignore the vids and figure it out yourself (especially if you've cleared the current raid content and are bored)
Because let's face it. The dreaded slammer we call The Stockades is a very nasty place and you really don't want any pubice hair on your soapbawr, right? right? Right, you either love or hate this place. Everybody that slacks from time to time has and will eventually walk in to bring pain in the form of massive AOE damage to poor bad guys that are locked there in with bad food and even worse clothing and weapons just so the good folks of Azeroth can feel safe when going to sleep. While the real baddies like William still walk free, seriously this guy has been steeling Donna's dolly for over five years now! Crazy huh! But ontopix: Let's roll.

I have crashed this party a fair few times now. From multibox leveling my alts to farming cloth to feed my hungry alts so they can level their First Aid to boosting guildies so they can get their quests done. It went fast and smooth, WHAM! BAM! THANK YOU MA'AM! I was in and out in a total of 9 minutes -hunter-. Bring a few frostweave bandages with you if you're playing a class without healing capacities and want it to have fast, efficient runs.

My modus operandi is simple. I run in one room, shoot a concussive shot in the neck of the guy that's in the back while running out of the room I aim for dude standing in the back of the opposite room and fire a regular auto shot. The reason for shooting only the mobs in the back and not killing them is because while they run to slice your throat they will also pull the rest of the gang that's standing there in that room fapping.

In order not to die you have to be able to fire an auto shot while on the move with only a split second of stopping and walking towards the next room. This is very crucial in one of the wings. Sure you can FD but you'll drop aggro and it won't be efficient. Hunters that have played when you had to weave will probably have no issue with this so they can disreguard the former. Do this untill the end of the wing. Get out of LoS by jumping behind the wall so the mobs all run in the room you're in; summon pet, feign death , lay an explosive trap and volley . They will all die on the first salvo. Loot, dismiss pet, bandage if needed and haul your ass towards the next wing. If you have the rocket boots it goes even faster.
Now I'm not sure which wing it was, I think it's the one leading to Dextren Ward; there are a few mobs that can ?shield slam? your ass on to the floor , be carefull there. If you're a new 80 with crap gear you can easily die there from overpulling.

Cash drops from the mobs (2)
from grays, food, meat and pots (1.8) -you can earn more if you choose to AH it-
4 stacks of Woolen Cloth 3g/stack (12)
4 stacks Linnen Cloth 2g/stack (8)
10 Silk Cloth 4g/stack (2)

Which makes a grand total of 25 gold 80 silver per run. That's roughly 130g per hour

With Enchanting 5-50 gold more. On my realm Strange Dust often goes as high as 10-25g a stack.

Rare Drops There are a few BOE blue world drops that I have looted in here that could bring in some extra paper. Twinking isn't what it used to be, so there isn't much market for it nowadays. You won't sell them for 300-1000g like back in the day. Chances are you will still be able to find buyers in the form of wealthy alts that are willing to pay 50-150g for it. They drop rarely, I'd say one in ten runs.

Icecold Milk lmao
Raiding is finished, low to mid population realm. So the nights are usually filled with walking around in Dalaran and hanging around with friends and indulging in M&S activity. What to do what to do. So I decided to start this project and asked my friend, the best holadin I know (not Athene) to accompany me and provide us with epic healing while poking our favourite and feisty dragon Onyxia. So we lull a random vending machine into porting us to Theramore, get the gryphon to the nearest Goblin town and ride towards her lair. We walk in, make quick werk of the adds.

-we were both terribad naxx10/25 geared pre-Ulduar not to mention I rolled as a Survival hunter, while switching to BM or Marks would have been better for this situation because she's lolimmuning your Explosive Shots-

We run down the ramp only to find her waiting on us. She's staring at us, her gaze is making me dizzy and I nearly drift asleep for a moment. I slap myself -Focus!-. There is no stalking involved, no tracking and observing. She knows we're here and we have to make a move. We buffle up, scrolls, kings on me and the monkey.

I run in while yellingl '' Yo breath so bad that when you breathe, your teeth duck out of the way '' and I misdirect her on my gorilladin. After a long long long fight that lasts about one minute ; Gus whacks the bitch gracefully with a well aimed HoW and she dies -cool story bro- . Me and Gus perform a topless chestbump and we go in to see what phat loots are awaiting us.

- 80 silver from the trash on the ramps that lead to Onyxia
- 56 gold 73 silver from Onyxia herself.
- 5 purple, 2 blue items and a backpack with a vendor value of 22 gold

That is 39 gold 68 silver per person , per run.

Luckily we both are enchanters. So the purple items disenchant into Nexus Crystals and bring in up to 10g each totalling 50g. and the blue into Large Brilliant Shards that can be sold for 4g each. Totalling 57.5 gold per person, we were done in 10 minutes so you could say that was a 285g per hour run. But you have to take in account trash clearing and traveltime.

Thanks again for coming along, Gus!

Comment or die!
